I see stress as a normal part of life and we have to make sense of our experiences in order to better manage our lives. However, we tend to ignore the unpleasantness and discomfort that comes with stress, and more often than not it backfires in unexpected ways related to our mental and physical health.

By having honest conversations with ourselves, we'll be able to gain more clarity about ourselves and discover new capabilities for a sustainable change.
